Mercer Fitness runs group fitness classes across two studio locations. Right now, customers book by emailing or calling the front desk. The manager tracks everything in a spreadsheet. It's breaking down — classes fill up with no way to manage it, members book and don't show, and the waitlist is a mess of DMs.
