ForgePilot helps businesses get technical work done without having to build and manage all the execution capacity themselves. That means real client projects, real deadlines, real standards, and real accountability.
The Tech Team does the work. Moderators run the work around them. ForgePilot provides the system that keeps everything moving. Every project starts with a clear brief and Definition of Done. Work is tracked throughout execution. Deliveries are reviewed before they're considered complete.
You don't have to chase clients, negotiate scope, or figure out what 'done' means on your own. You focus on doing great work. The system handles the rest.

Three steps. No guessing.
No CV is going to tell us everything. You complete a real assessment for your role so we can see how you think, communicate, and execute.
When there's a project that fits your skills and level, you receive a clear brief. You'll know:
You execute the work. Your moderator keeps the project moving and handles client communication, coordination, and blockers. You submit your work and the required proof.

Pick where you fit.
You build the work.
You could be working on software, AI systems, automation, design, video, or other technical work ForgePilot supports.
You don't have to find the client yourself or spend your time chasing requirements and payments. You get the work. You understand the standard. Then you build.
You keep the work moving.
The moderator is the human layer between the client, the Tech Team, and the ForgePilot system. You own the project from start to finish.
You make sure the brief is understood, the team knows what they're doing, blockers are surfaced quickly, progress is visible, and the final work meets the agreed standard. You're not just checking boxes. You're responsible for making sure the project gets delivered.
